Jenny offers teaching on the flute, piano and voice for both adults and children, whether learning for fun or looking to take exams. She teaches from her home in Hutton, Essex, and she can travel throughout the County by arrangement. 

For exams Jenny works from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music syllabus, including theory of music and aural musicianship, which form an important part of overall musical learning.

Jenny offers lessons for either half an hour or an hours duration, depending on standard.

Lessons for beginners involve overall musicianship, learning to read music, good posture and getting to know (and enjoy) your instrument. For the intermediate and advanced pupil, more work is spent on technique, tone, performance skills and getting the very best out of your chosen instrument.

Current charges are £24 per hour, £12 per half hour. There is a small additional charge if travelling to the pupil.
